Yes. 14-day refund — you only pay for the minutes you use. Tell us within 14 days and we refund what you paid, less the value of any bonus minutes you actually used at $0.50 each (capped at the bonus you were given - your own top-up credit is never deducted).
Yes, change tier any time. If you upgrade and think you are owed something back for an unused period, email hello@ripperreceptionist.com — we look at it case by case and any refund is processed to your original payment method.
